USING THE OMNIVATI PLATFORM

Access

You may easily regenerate a new password by clicking the Forgot password? link in the login page (https://app.omnivati.com/login).

Promo codes are not log-in passwords. They are used to enable you to create an active subscription in the Profile window.

To log-in, use the password you had created during sign-up. If you cannot remember your password, you may easily regenerate a new password by clicking the Forgot password? link in the login page (https://app.omnivati.com/login).

Since you are able to log-in, let’s ensure that you are an active subscriber.

If the platform does not take you automatically to the payment section, let’s ensure that you are an active subscriber.

(A) You can easily check your subscription status as follows:

(i) Go to your Profile window by clicking on your name in the bottom left-hand corner,
(ii) Click the Edit profile button
(iii) In the My Details tab, click the View Billing button. This will show you if you have an active subscription and its duration.

(B) If you do not have an active subscription:

(i) Go to your Profile page by clicking your name in the bottom left-hand corner, and then
(ii) Click the Edit profile button and
(iii) Click the Subscription tab, and then
(iv) Click the Order subscription/Enter code button circled in red below

(v) In the Subscription Plan window, enter your promotion code and click Apply Code.
If you don’t have a promotion code, you can continue to payment by clicking the Continue Without Code button.

(vi) Click Ok and you may start using the Omnivati platform.

Please check your Spam email folder to ensure that the verification email did not end up there.

In order to cancel your subscription, please do the following:

1. At the bottom of the menu in the left-hand side, just under the (?)Support menu item, you will see your name. Click on it and select Edit Profile.​

2. In the Profile window, click on the View Billing button in the right side of the window.

3. In the pop-up Billing details window, click on the Cancel Subscription button.​

4. Confirm that you want to cancel your subscription.

5. This will cancel your subscription.

Projects

You will need to ensure that you have an active subscription.

Firstly, have you signed-up to Omnivati and are you able to login?

If this is not the case, please Sign-up and login as follows:

(i) Signup - Signup using an email account at: https://app.omnivati.com/signup

(ii) Login - After signup and confirming you email login at: https://app.omnivati.com/login

Next, if you are able to log-in, let’s ensure that you are an active subscriber.

(A) You can easily check your subscription status as follows:

(i) Go to your Profile window by clicking on your name in the bottom left-hand corner, then (ii) Click the Edit profile button
(iii) In the My Details tab, click the View Billing button. This will show you if you have an active subscription and its duration.

(B) If you do not have an active subscription:

(i) Go to your Profile page by clicking your name in the bottom left-hand corner, and then
(ii) Click the Edit profile button and
(iii) Click the Subscription tab, and then
(iv) Click the Order subscription/Enter code button circled in red below

(v) In the Subscription Plan window, enter your promotion code and click Apply Code.
If you don’t have a promotion code, you can continue to payment by clicking the Continue without code button.

(vi) Click Ok and you may start using the Omnivati platform.

Next, to see the project that you have been invited to:

Click the URL link that you have been given, and access the project.

Answer:
It is not possible to (re-) Share or (re-) Circulate projects to which you were invited to by someone else.

Solution:
The solution is to first Duplicate this project.
You will then be able to Share or Circulate the Duplicate.

1. Go to the My Projects window by clicking on All Projects menu item in the LHS menu bar.

2. Find the project you want to duplicate, and click on the 3 vertical dots in the top right-hand corner.

3. Click on Duplicate

4. A duplicate of the project will now appear in your My Projects window.

5. Click on the duplicate project. This will take you to the Project window of the duplicate project. You will now be able to Share or Circulate this duplicate project with others.

Creating/Printing Reports

In order to output your project into PDF, you use the Reports function.

1. After you have created a project and have built a matrix, and populated it with at least one idea, select the Reports menu item, circled in red, from the main menu on the left-hand side, as you can see below:

2. This will open the Idea Summary Report window.
In this window, please select at least one idea by checking the checkbox/es on the left, circled in red below:

3. Click the Open Report button, circled in red, in the top right-hand corner of the screen as shown below.

4. This will generate and open a PDF report, which you may then download and save/print.

The PDF report generated should “pop-up”. Please check that your browser is not blocking pop-ups.

There should be an indication in the top RHS (right hand side) of your browser, defaulted to “Continue blocking”.

Please change the selection to “Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://app.omnivati.com”, and click Done.
